Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To keep things running smoothly, please take note of my cancellation and rescheduling policy:

No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. This is because I reserve time specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer that slot to someone else.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to accommodate where possible. Please provide at least 48 hours notice, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend your session, the session will be forfeited without a refund or reschedule.

Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to help.
